Christmas Day

December 25: the Kimble Family Ranch (7 1/2 months)
We spent Christmas Day with the Kimble Family. Becks had a blast particularly with the shiny, metallic wrapping paper.

Look at that Christmas sweater! Thanks Santa!

Great. I get to try on silly outfits and you all get to laugh.

Keep this up and I will retaliate with drool or spit-up or worse...

Christmas Eve

Glade Trail: Government Camp (7 1/2 months)
We went snowshoeing for the first time with Becks on Christmas Eve. We hiked the Glade Trail from Government Camp to Timberline Lodge. The lodge provided a much needed break from the snowfall.

Here we go.

Becks, the champ.

Hiking poles were required.

And, he's out.

Destination, at last.

Lunch time at the Lodge.

The descent. Much easier.

Christmas with Nana

Crouch, ID: Mid-December (7 months)
We spent a long weekend in Crouch, ID in a log cabin with Nana, Brr & Erin, Elle-belle. As you'll see, the weekend was filled with holiday magic, time in the tub, and, of course, Roger Whittaker. It was amazing. I wish we all lived just a little closer.

Despite being well-passed their bedtimes, the cousins looked sharp.

Daddy Daycare

Kickin' it with Papa: 7 months

I've had the fortune to have six weeks in November and December to take care of the Little Man. My first day on duty, I somehow managed not to feed him his second bottle. Here's a selection showing how Becks has been dealing with his dad.
You talkin' to me?

Dad, really?!

This is not entertaining

What am I supposed to be looking at, exactly?

Spit wars.
(Trust me. You will lose.)

Boing, boing

See the glove? It's called dibbs.
Keep your hands off. This one is a finalist.

The three point rating system quickly devolved into
thumbs up or down by the eighth glove

Job well done
