We scheduled our 1 year photos of Beckett when he was actually 13 months old (seen below) and then it took us a while to get them back, so we're finally posting them. Either way, I think they're pretty great. He is one handsome mouse if you ask me:). Do you like how color-coordinated we are? Matt planned it!

4th of July Beach Trip
This 4th of July we went to the beach and stayed at a rental home with my family (Grandpa, Grandma, Aunt Hayley and Cody). We had a long weekend full of tons of beach time, playing, and hiking. It was beautiful and warm the whole time. This was Beckett's first time at the beach and he taste tested it all, including this rock he found...
Thank you so much Grandpa (Goompa) and Grandma (Mamma #2) for taking us on this trip and being so generous! We had soooo much fun!
Sand seemed like an appropriate thing to eat the entire weekend. Handfuls of it actually, as soon as mom and dad would look away for one second.
Love you Auntie Hayley (aka Nana)
We went hiking on this amazing trail overlooking the ocean. Beckett had a lovely time looking at flowers. We love this shot. It makes us laugh out loud each time we look at it; what a funny face.
Poor little Becks did manage to catch a cold while we were there unfortunately.
He still hadn't mastered walking fully on his own, so he ran around the beach with his little wagon the whole weekend.
Thank you Grandpa John and Nonna for my stylish outfit! He needed both hands to push so he had to carry his rake in his teeth...
Love you family!
June Fun Times
Portland does this cool thing called "Sunday Parkways". They close off streets around various neighborhoods and let you ride your bikes through the streets to different parks along the way where they have food, games, music, etc. set up for your enjoyment. There was one in June that started right by our house! Matt had the day off and it was the best day ever:).
This is little Becks at one of the park fountains along the way.
So, these pics are slightly out of order, because this blog is a pain in the you-know-what, but at least you get to see them! This is our new Kia that we bought during the month of June. It was a sad day to say goodbye to the Subaru (pictured below), but we're happy to have a safe, reliable, and bigger vehicle!!
Now back to Sunday Parkways:). Another stop along the way. Yes, all of Beckett's favorite parks were featured and he had to get in the water at all of them.
Goodbye beloved Loyale with Cheese. You were good to us, but it was time to move on...
Yet another park:)
This is a picture of Matt tickling Beckett's armpit. The best part is that you say "arms up" and he willingly puts them up so you can tickle him. He does it over and over and laughs and laughs.
