November Fun Times

As my last posts have been, this is just a mix of silly pictures from different adventures we've been on recently. Mostly there are cute pictures of Beckett, but this also includes our trip to Klamath Falls last week (Nov 13-15). Matt had another residency interview there and Beckett and I decided to go with him. We went through Bend the first night (our favorite place ever) and then headed down through Crater Lake and into Klamath Falls. It was beautiful weather and we had a great time. Beckett was incredibly well behaved and slept great too!

Klamath Falls actually sits right on a lake which was very pretty. Beckett and I did some exploring while Matt had his interview and found a couple of very nice parks, had a nice hike, did a little shopping, and even saw some deer.

How cute are the "red" twins.

This was in Bend at our hotel. Let me just say that Matt shouldn't be allowed to dress Beckett anymore:). Yes, that is a camo vest with a diaper and striped baby leggings.

This was at the Oregon Zoo. Beckett and I couldn't resist the chance for a visit when it was so nice and sunny and warm on a November day in Portland! We stopped for a little snack before continuing to run through the zoo.

Oh how I love that smile. He is the cutest thing.

This was at another park in Klamath Falls.

This was in Bend. We went out for a run in the beautiful central Oregon weather and found an excellent park to play at.

Then we headed down to Crater Lake (our first visit if a very long time) and after driving, and driving we finally arrived to find that the fog had just set in and we coulnd't see the lake!!! We were totally disappointed, but what can you do? It was quite cold and snowy so we played in the gift shop and in the snow and then took off a little dejected.

This is as good as you could see Crater Lake.

Look at our little climbing maniac.

Ha ha, I love this photo. I can hardly get Beckett to look at the camera anymore for me to get a shot, but this time he even put his hand in front of his face:). This was at a brewery in K-Falls. Beckett made a friend with the waitress and kept yelling "thank you" to her across the restaurant repeatedly, which she of course loved.

Me at Crater Lake (yes, these pics are out of order again, and I can't adjust. Oh well, at least you get to see them!)

Our Bend run.

The darker park of the picture is actually Crater Lake, not that you could tell...

Right before we left for Bend we were madly packing up and trying to leave in time for Beckett's nap so he could sleep in the car. As we were running loads out to the car we all of a sudden realized Beckett had been very quiet in his room. We went to look and he had gotten his pacifer, "be be" (his prized blanket), and had fallen asleep by himself on the floor! I have never seen him do this and we felt like horrible parents. The poor little thing had to put himself to bed because we wouldn't help him.

Inappropriate outfit again:)

Happy Halloween!

This Halloween was so much fun. We had a lot of events Friday through Monday of Hallowen weekend, including the InsideTrack Halloween party, which is quite the bash, a visit from Uncle Nate, Aunt Erin, and Cousin Elianna, and trick or treating, of course. Beckett was going to be a cow or a sheep, but then we realized he loved capes. So, we quickly put together the best batman costume ever! Thank you so much Grandma for sewing his cape, belt, and arm bands. I cut the batman logos out of felt and I thought he looked pretty great. Mom and dad we're batman and batgirl too:).

Some dinner before we headed out for some candy! Actually, Beckett didn't get to eat any candy but he collected plenty for us, he he.

He had to take his wagon with him. He literally ran down the streets stopping only to grab a handful of candy at the doors we stopped by.

This was at the InsideTrack Halloween Party. Auntie Hayley was a girl scout and she definitely looked the part!

Look at little Eliana in her puppy suit! We love you guys and are so happy you came for a visit.

Trick-or-Treating at Grampa's door.

Fly Batman!

Wow, this is a beautiful couple, isn't it? Look at Grandma and what's up with Matt:)!

That's our handsome little Batman. The only thing he was missing was bat ears, and he wasn't having any of that.

Look at these two! They're little kids now and are so cute together, although it was a bit difficult to get a shot quick enough before they tried to climb out.

Cousins at the pumpkin patch.

Happy Halloween!!
