Christmas Season 2012

It's our favorite time of the year and we have a lot of fun family traditions!  We always do the Jingle Bell run (collecting bells the whole way), watch Christmas tree lightings, go to zoo lights and lots of other fun Christmas festivals, and of course do lots of baking, crafting and wearing of festive attire!  I just had to include all these photos because they're so cute.

These photos ended up being used in a book that Grammie wrote for Beckett about him as a construction man.  Most special gift ever:)

Crafting, potato stamps and painting
This is how we said goodbye to papa each night as he headed off to work the night shift:(
Jingle Bell Run!!  Beckett ran the whole end and did a great job!

Lots of really cute festive shots!

Yum, Avery's first lick of a candy cane:)

Advent calendar tradition!  Matt and I had so much fun filling these little boxes with goodies:)
Another goodbye to Matt

Chilly but beautiful night.

Beckett basically wore this basketball outfit and his Santa hat and bells throughout the month of December:)

Christmas Eve miracle, a street sweeper came to clean our street (Beckett's most coveted truck)
Christmas Eve run decked out in bells.
More reading and Christmas Eve photos before Matt had to go to work:(. He worked nights throughout the week of Christmas but at least we got to be with him on Christmas morning, even if he was totally sleep deprived...

Avery's first Christmas!!!
Trucks, trucks galore...

What a wonderful time!
